P-Dot date availability: Fri 21 (5-7 pm set-up), Sat 22 (8-5:30), Sun 23 (8:45-6:15 pm)
Expectations for the volunteers:
- Attendance at the P-Dot volunteers prep meeting (Sometime in the 1st week of June)
- Full day commitment on either day of the P-Dot Weekend.
- Ability to assist with any of the following- logistics, admin support, presentations, set-up and take down where necessary.
- Presentation materials and presentation notes must be prepared and submitted by June 14.
